By using the short link and/or de-referrer service on our website, via interactive bookmarks (bookmarklets), browser add-ons or our short link app, you agree to the following terms of use and our privacy policy. Users who do not agree to these terms and conditions or the privacy policy may not use our services.

1. service description, scope and costs

Our short URL service enables the creation of short links, multi-links, email links or QR codes and/or the obfuscation of the HTTP referrer when URLs are called up. These activities are summarized below as linking. We do not guarantee that the Service will function correctly and/or be accessible at all times. Although we endeavor to ensure high availability, we assume no warranty, guarantee or liability for possible damages that may arise from the use of our service or our software. Our malware and phishing protection system generally works reliably, but cannot detect every threat. Therefore, there is a residual risk that a created short link refers to a malicious website without displaying a corresponding warning. Occasionally, the target URL of a short link may differ slightly from the originally defined URL in order to avoid multiple redirects and simplify URLs. We reserve the right to automatically change the destination addresses of short links, but never with the aim of redirecting users to another website. 2. responsibility for short URLs

Each user is responsible for the short links created via our service. We have no influence on their use and therefore accept no liability for short URLs created or their distribution.(No Account) As we do not store any IP addresses or personal data, we cannot process any deletion or modification requests for short links. You should therefore always create short links carefully.

3. unauthorized use

Our service is designed to ensure greater security, data protection and integrity. The following uses are prohibited:

• Malicious websites: Creating short URLs to phishing websites, websites with malware or compromised websites.
• Misleading websites: Linking to websites that interfere with normal browsing behavior or contain misleading advertising.
• Illegal content: Linking to websites with content that glorifies violence, is extremist, offensive or defamatory.
• Disinformation: Links to websites that deliberately spread false information or present “fake news”.
• Dubious business models: Links to websites that collect personal data without clear information or pursue dubious business models.
• Illegal stores: Linking to websites that sell illegal or dubious goods. Gambling: Links to online casinos or gambling sites.
• Fake dating portals: Links to dating websites with fictitious profiles.
• Tracking in breach of data protection: Linking to services that collect personal data without consent.
• Unauthorized use of computing power: Links to websites that use the user resources without consent.
• Geoblocking and geotargeting: Linking to websites that display content differently depending on the country of origin or cannot be accessed in Germany.
• Short links in emails: Distribution of short links in emails sent frequently without prior written consent.
• Redirect chains: Creating short links that refer to other short links or websites that only serve as redirects.
• Hotlinking: Incorporating media elements with short URLs, except for conventional links.
• Spam: Sending unsolicited messages with short URLs.

4. tolerated use cases

• Advertising links: Create advertising links, provided the target URL complies with the rules.
• File sharing: Linking to share or file hosting services if no copyrights are infringed.

5. creation of multi-links

The title information for multi-links may only contain references to the content of the target address and must comply with the above provisions. We reserve the right to change or delete title information or to add warnings.

6. control and enforcement

Compliance with the terms of use is checked automatically and randomly. In the event of violations, short links can be deactivated or warnings can be issued. Repeated or serious violations can lead to the exclusion of individual domains.
